Access to User Accounts is restricted. Individual User Names and Passwords are created by individual users and should be controlled only by the intended user. In the event that I Drive Smart provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access your user account, you must ensure that the user ID and password are kept confidential. I Drive Smart may disable your user ID and password at the sole discretion of I Drive Smart without notice or explanation.

Refunds and Guarantees
We may offer refund opportunities in the form of a “satisfaction guarantee” or based on user feedback. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products and services and our intent is to offer refund options to any customer that is truly unsatisfied with our products and services for specific and valid reasons.
Refunds are based on the discretion of the Teaching Driving, LLC management team and operators. If you want to initiate a refund request, you will be asked to provide a reason which will be evaluated and either approved or denied based on the discretion of Teaching Driving, LLC operators.

After twelve (12) months from the date of purchase there are no refunds.
Course content and materials
You are solely responsible for how you use the information contained in the course and the result of how you use that information.
By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that Teaching Driving, LLC is not responsible for your actions taken as a result of accessing the materials, instruction, information, videos or other course content.
In the course content there are driving instructions, driving exercises, teaching methods, conversation examples, and any other types of activities that you may want to attempt. These activities are designed to help a student of the course become a safer driver and teach how to become a safer driver. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that Teaching Driving, LLC is not responsible for any damages, injury or any loss related to your attempt to emulate or imitate these activities. The way that you use the information provided in the course content and the result of that use is your sole responsibility and not that of Teaching Driving, LLC.
Teaching Driving is not a driver’s education course and therefore does not comply with any regulation, government and/or licensing required to operate a drivers’ education course.
